One problem very serious was related by the small in the bathroom (problems with canalization). The hotel looks nice outside but not the same inside.

Nearby, there's a nice spot called the White Lady for food, just a short walk away from here. My overall experience during my stay was great and I'd definitely come back. the property was super clean, which was a major plus! 🌟

The staff was very nice and the hotel certainly deserves 4 stars. The staff was also very nice.
The restaurant is 3 stars not 4 stars as the hotel, and this is a pity because not all the food was fresh, especially the omelet and the fruits (bad kiwi and pineapple). For all-inclusive drinks the quality of beverage, in my opinion, is that of low quality, even the juices in the automatic machine were tasteless. I also did not like the fact that in the first night they turned the reception into a disco and a lot of noise and smoke invaded that room. I really felt sorry for the people who stayed at the 6th floor (because the reception is at the 6th floor due to the emplacement of the hotel).

The food at this hotel was absolutely amazing! We were blown away by the delicious salads and fruits. The rooms were incredibly spacious and cleaned superbly every day, which was definitely the best part of our stay.

Standard of comfort and amenities. Restaurant hours were good and food quality and choice was OK.
Anyone with mobility issues could not manage the 182 steep steps up & down to/from the resort and beach. The only other access to the hotel was via a busy highway without sidewalks.

The rooms wth 2 beds are large, clean, and has a view to the beach. The bathroom is also clean, and large. The food quantity and variety is OK.
Attention! This hotel is not on the beach, and has no private beach. It is on a hill, you have to climb about 100 steps to the hotel from the beach, so forget babychairs, wheelchairs, etc. The food is enough but it's quality is often doubtful. There are many "refurbished" foods, made from the yesterday's remainings. The "juices" are made from concentrate and water... the beer from tap is awful. The swimming pools are OK, but the water temperature could be slightly higher (it is about 21-23 degrees). Our kid (2y) get a diarrhea with high fever and the second day we arrived at home, he has to be hospitalized :(

I had an amazing time at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect - nestled in a quiet area, it provided a peaceful escape from the bustling city. The service was top-notch, with room service available and a helpful concierge that assisted with car hire and other shopping needs. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The balcony offered a breathtaking view of both the sea and the lush forest surrounding the hotel.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.
